Tasks & responsibilities

  • Overseeing general office operations.
  • Liaising with suppliers and building management.
  • Scheduling of installation and service works.
  • Preparation and receipt of client invoices.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence and assisting management with contracts.
  • Supporting internal office meetings and minute taking.
  • Supporting staff development initiatives, recording and updating staff leave, rostering and staff files.
  • Supporting management with internal reporting and governance.

Qualifications & experience

  • Applicants must be experienced in office administration.
  • Have excellent computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Xero accounting an advantage.
