About the role
Full-time / Part-time / Casual / Contract
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager that can directly assist with planning and delivering innovative client care capability projects, realising our capability blueprint and technology roadmap, and ensuring our organisation continues to innovate and reduce harm to the community from cybercrime, scams and identity theft.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of our capability projects specific to our client care innovation needs. This includes working closely with internal and external stakeholders, documenting key project artefacts, reporting on project milestones, monitoring and treating risks, and delivering valued outcomes.
