About the role

Full-time / Part-time / Casual / Contract

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager that can directly assist with planning and delivering innovative client care capability projects, realising our capability blueprint and technology roadmap, and ensuring our organisation continues to innovate and reduce harm to the community from cybercrime, scams and identity theft.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of our capability projects specific to our client care innovation needs. This includes working closely with internal and external stakeholders, documenting key project artefacts, reporting on project milestones, monitoring and treating risks, and delivering valued outcomes.  

To be a highly effective Project Manager within our Identity Security Operations Centre, IDCARE is looking for a candidate who is:

  • An excellent communicator and a person who understands the complexities of client care innovations, design and implementation. A strong emphasis on UX and UI is required in this role;
  • An excellent judge of risk and anticipator of client care needs;
  • Experienced in developing project documentation, plans and reporting;
  • Can work to deadlines and within budget;
  • Has a strong focus in privacy and security;
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team; and
  • Able to demonstrate strong ethics and integrity in representing our organisation and achieving our priorities.

If you have a strong track record in delivering client care innovations, have excellent project management skills, and can be relied upon to engage internal and external stakeholders professionally and ethically, you may be just what we are looking for.

Skills and Attribute Requirements (Must have)

  • At least three years' experience as Project Manager within a client care / customer care environment, with a strong focus on UX and UI, privacy and security;
  • A track record of successful Project Management delivery with measurable success;
  • The ability to work with individuals and organisations from all backgrounds and industries;
  • Can produce high quality project management documentation and generate reporting to support decision-making and governance;
  • A demonstrated ability to handle personal, commercial and sensitive information; and
  • Must have a working with children check, including police background check (this will be facilitated if needed, but is a mandatory role requirement).

Desirable Qualities (Nice to have)

  • Formal industry qualifications or certifications in project management.
