IDCARE is independent and impartial. We are not a government organisation. We are funded from organisational subscriptions. These organisations believe in our community service and want something different for their customers that makes a real difference to people’s lives.

A premium support service if you were referred by an IDCARE subscriber organisation, where IDCARE can carry some of your load

When an issue arises outside of our expertise, we will do our best to refer you to an organisation who can help
