IDCARE is independent and impartial. We are not a government organisation. We are funded from organisational subscriptions. These organisations believe in our community service and want something different for their customers that makes a real difference to people’s lives.

When an issue arises outside of our expertise, we will do our best to refer you to an organisation who can help.
