About IDCARE

Identity Care Australia and New Zealand (IDCARE) is Australia’s national identity and cyber support community service. In addition to providing community members, small businesses, and organisations with specialist client care where personal, account and credential information is compromised, our organisation also produces insightful data and intelligence products to enhance Australia’s cybercrime response system.

About the role

This role offers hands-on experience with real-world data challenges while upholding strong values of integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

You can expect to be working within a mixed skillset environment, across our network of IDCARE offices, undertaking data analysis and insight development, and using various tools and techniques to ensure our work is high quality and is valued by our internal and external stakeholders.

This position will be employed on a full-time, initial 6 month contract with the option to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate. Part-time availability will also be considered.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ethics and integrity in representing our service and maintaining values.

Desirable criteria include:
