Cyberpsychology Responder

The key position responsibility is to provide an escalatory telephone-based, wellbeing support service for individuals referred from IDCARE’s National Case Management Centre who are experiencing or at risk of severe mental health impacts due to a scam, cybercrime or identity theft incident.
The purpose of this role is to supervise IDCARE’s small business, resilience, and incident response staff in accordance with national priorities, contractual performance requirements and deliverables and caseload demands.
IDCARE has fantastic opportunities available for students to dive into the world of cyber security while studying. We are currently seeking Technical Advisors providing critical support and solutions to our clients, helping them navigate and mitigate cyber risks.
